[ Jaune has to wonder where this attitude is coming from, and what it says about him as a partner who can't even use his own Semblance. There's no bigger failure than him, and he's the partner that nobody wanted - no one but Pyrrha. He doesn't deserve her for a partner, but not for the reasons she thinks. ]

[ Be it injury, death or early retirement, there is no replacement for partners. If Jaune knew that Pyrrha thinks she ever disappointed him, he would be even more firm in his reassurance. But since this is a partnership where both sides never say how they feel, that issue will have to simmer for a while longer. ]

are you interested in any specific kind of work?

[ As far as Pyrrha's concerned, that's completely different. At the end of the day, her immediate instinct was to act on her own, as if the entire school year hadn't happened - as if they had never been partners at all. And, although she hasn't realised it, lingering guilt from using her semblance to shove him into the locker is one of the reasons her powers are now locked to her.

Basically, if they don't have a real talk soon, I'm going to godmode and kill them both next event. :D ]

you don't need to get me anything special

but if you want

if the place offers the crispy chicken sandwich, order it. if it has gluten free order it..if not ask for a foot long and tell them to put the chicken in the toaster for 34 seconds. i want the cheese with holes in them but they can't have less than 5-6 holes each. when you get to veggies make sure you get a little bit of every piece, except for the jalapenos. if they accidentally put jalepenos anyway then its ok i can take them out myself but make sure they go last so i dont have to dig through the whole sandwich. i can't remember if i have avocado with it, i'll leave you to make that call. as for the mustard i'll just have a little bit like one and a half squeezes and no more than that. i don't want less than that either so i guess thats pretty important. make sure they cut it in three quarters instead of half because sometimes i like to leave the last piece until later, it feels like getting a free mini sandwich sometimes lol. also meatballs.

[ Later, she brings home dinner from the closest sandwich shop. For him, a gluten free crispy chicken sandwich topped with a thin slice of five holed cheese,, all veggies minus jalapenos and avocados, and a squeeze and a half of mustard. Also, meatballs. It's been cut into perfect thirds.

For Pyrrha, an apple pecan chicken salad.
