Blake's already been missing for days, Jaune. [ from worried to angry in .2 seconds. ] It's CERES. They're doing this.

Who else could it be? If they can pluck us up from our worlds like nothing, they should be able to kick us out of this one too.

[ Gosh, Weiss, even Jaune's partner isn't aware of this yet!!

But her tone was obvious even to a guy like him. It was harsh, and yet strangely pained as well... so his instinct is to immediately call her back and reassure her somehow, even if she chews him out for it, he can at least make her forget about whatever is troubling her for a little while.

Or maybe he can't. He figures this is likely about Ruby disappearing, which is not something he can easily forget himself. So instead he'll let Weiss go today, at least until he has a more solid plan or better news for her. ]
