This reminds her too much of her wanting to stay close to Kaoru when she'd been running a fever and there'd been the very real possibility of her psychokinesis overpowering her body. Even then, even with the knowledge that there was nothing she could do for her best friend, she'd wanted to help in any way that she could.]

I know. I know you do. But you could...you could die. [At this point, Shiho isn't sure if she's going to be the one dying here if only because she's the only one whose powers wouldn't be able to protect her from the powers of the other three.]
